Jessica Gundlach
EVENT COORDINATOR
Born in the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts, Jess grew up around endless farm to table restaurants. Eventually this led her to pursue a culinary degree in Cambridge, MA at Le Cordon Bleu. After working in and out of bakeries and coffee shops for a decade, she decided to move to the rockies of Colorado to foster her love of wilderness therapy in 2016. Jess started working at Color in 2018 as a baker, prep cook, and barista. In 2021, Jess took on the main roaster position for 3 years. These days, she is planning all of Color’s events, teaching yoga, and studying somatic therapies.
Hannah Circenis
BAKERY MANAGER
Originally from Fort Collins, CO, Hannah’s enjoyment of baking was birthed from her love for quality coffee, as well as her immersion in craft coffee culture. As a long-time barista, she learned from her peers to produce baked goods of substance and style. Now, as a baker living in the high Rockies, she enjoys creating pastries that fuel and pair with outdoor recreation or offer a sweet rest from all the going and doing.
Gracee Long
CAFE MANAGER
Born local to the mountains of Colorado. Gracee grew up in a family full of restaurant workers. At the age of 14 she found herself at her first job in a quaint local coffee shop in Summit County CO. The love for serving her community and coffee lead her to continue learning more about the coffee world. If you don’t see her at COLOR making your drinks, she’s out camping, fishing, or exploring our beautiful surroundings.
